- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 ane⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon blistering soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ane teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- one egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- iv bananas, the riper the meliorate
- i⁄2 cup applesauce
directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 8x4 inch loaf pans or 24 muffin tins.
- 2. In a big bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking pulverization, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.
